Membership Terms & Conditions

For ARCS membership the following Terms & Conditions apply:

• All memberships are subject to CEO approval 

• Members are expected to abide by the membership code of conduct 

• Members are expected to abide by the ARCS Australia constitution

• All memberships are individual and not transferable or refundable.

• Please do not register for any events until you receive confirmation of membership.

• All membership types have access to all member resources.

• Eligibility for the associate rate must be accurate as a professional working outside the pharma/med tech sector, student, retiree, or consumer; incorrect details may lead to membership status adjustment and may incur additional fees.

• Your membership annual subscription is valid for twelve months from your Join Date or your most recent renewal date. Your Membership Paid Till Date shows the next renewal date at the end of the current membership period.

• We do not offer pro-rata arrangements for new members regardless of when the membership starts.

• Your Payment Method must be updated on or before the Paid Till Date each year to ensure continuity of membership.
