The MedTech and Pharmaceutical (MTP) Sector Awards celebrates individuals each year who have made significant contributions to the sector. Nominees can come from any occupation within the sector including Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs/Operations/Information, GMP, Quality, Health Economics etc, and nominees must be an ARCS Australia Professional member. Members are recognised for their contributions to the profession's advancement, dedicated service, mentorship, strong leadership, or as rising leaders. If you are not a member, join now!
MTP Sector Awards Eligibility:
Anyone from the public, including ARCS members, colleagues, or peers, can nominate an individual or group for the awards. Self-nominations are also accepted.

ARCS Excellence Award:
This award recognises exemplary professionals in the Medtech and Pharmaceutical sector and is the highest honour presented by ARCS. Recipients have shaped the sector through leadership, education, mentoring, and advancing patient care.
Community Leadership Award:
This award celebrates ARCS members who have built strong networks and supported professionals within their communities through outreach, partnerships, and thought leadership.
Rising Star Award:
Recognising promising individuals who demonstrate initiative, passion for the sector, and potential for future leadership.
Patient-Centred Health Award:
This award acknowledges individuals, groups, or organisations that have significantly advanced patient-centred policies, product development, or decision-making.
Distinguished Service Award:
This award recognises individuals who have made an outstanding voluntary contribution to ARCS through sustained service across training, events, interest areas, and community initiatives. Recipients have played a critical role in strengthening the ARCS community and advancing professional development within the sector.
Interest Area Webinar of the Year Award:
This award recognises the ARCS interest area webinar with the highest attendance in the past year, celebrating the efforts of conveners to deliver engaging, relevant content to the ARCS community.
Committee Review:
The ARCS Awards Committee will review all nominations and evaluate them based on the award criteria.
