The Fine Print on Membership

  • All memberships are subject to approval by the ARCS Board. Members must adhere to the  code of conduct and the constitution; when applying for membership, you agree to abide by the terms of both these documents. 
  • All memberships are individual and not transferable or refundable.
  • Eligibility for Associate Membership is strictly only for students, retirees, or healthcare consumers; incorrect details will lead to membership status adjustment and may incur additional fees.
  • Please do not register for any events until you receive confirmation of membership.
  • All memberships have access to digital member resources. 
  • Your membership is valid for 1 year from your first Paid to date.
  • ARCS Memberships are offered as an annual subscription. As a member you need to maintain an up to date payment method, by providing a credit card that will be debited on the renewal date which is the current paid-to or paid-through date. 
  • You can update the payment method, amend or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the expiry of the current subsciption period. 

      Credit card details are not held electronically by ARCS Australia and all payment transactions are passed directly through to be processed and stored if applicable by reputable and secure payment services providers including Stripe, Eway and Square.
