Wanting to become a clinical research monitor/CRA?
Monitoring and managing clinical trials is a very specialised area. Even those with PhDs and pharmacy degrees need additional training. ARCS offers four programs which helps bridge this gap:
-
Overview of Drug Development (workshop)
-
CRA1 - Essential GCP training for new CRAs (workshop)
-
Essential Documents and Good Documentation Practices (e-learning)
- Applied GCP for Investigational Sites and Sponsor Representatives (e-learning)
Completing these programs with ARCS starts you on the path to Certification.
Once you have secured some industry experience and completed the other required courses on the clinical research professional development pathway you can apply to complete the assessment at no additional costs as it is part of your registration fee for attending the courses.
Applications to be an ACM will be approved by the ARCS Professional Development Manager and endorsed by the ARCS Board. Please refer to the ACM Information Pack for more information.
