Registration fees

  • All attendees must pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the venue.
  • ARCS member registration rates are not transferable to non-ARCS members. By selecting a member registration rate, it is agreed that the registrant (s) is /are a current financial member of ARCS and that the registration is made in the ARCS member’s name (s) only. A breach of this may result in a cancellation of  an individual or group registration

  • Cancellations of individual registrations received prior to 03 November will receive a refund, minus a 10% processing fee
  • Cancellations of individual registrations received from 03 November will not be eligible for a refund, however, substitutions are permitted
  • No cancellations, transfers or refunds will be accepted within two weeks of an event
