Membership:

New members are welcome as Full, Associate, Overseas Associate, Student or Retired Members. Refer to the Join ARCS section of the website for details of Member Benefits and classification of members.

Student Members must be able to show evidence of Full Time enrollment at an Australian Tertiary Institution.

New members must pay by credit card at the time of joining.

Payments:

  • All purchases can be made by Visa, Diners, Amex or Master Card.  
  • When joining ARCS, payment must be made at the time of joining, by credit card.
  • Renewals and purchases must be made by credit card unless previous arrangements have been made with ARCS (in writing) for payment on invoice.
  • All events must be booked and paid for prior to attending.
  • All event information will include clear details regarding cancellations, refunds and transfers
  • Cancellations and transfers must be in writing and will incur a 10% administration fee
  • No refunds or transfers will be allowed after the prescribed date. 
  • Substitutions (of attendee) are allowed up until the event, at no cost.
