For 25 years the NSW Enterprise Workshop entrepreneurial business and management development program has provided a structured analytical process for identifying and evaluating commercial opportunities. The program is aimed at developing entrepreneurship, innovation and management skills. ARCS Members are now entitled to a
10% discount to participate in the NSW Enterprise Workshop Program outcomes are a thoroughly evaluated business plan and a team capable and committed to turning the plan into a reality. A major strength of the process is that each business team is ‘matched’ with a volunteer mentor – a senior business person with specialist expertise relevant to the team’s business. The Workshop runs two programs each year that start at the end of March and mid July.
