The ARCS Annual Scientific Congress (ASC) is the premier Australian event for those involved in the development of therapeuticgoods.
Over the last few years the ASC has been experiencing ever increasing numbers with annual growth exceeding 10% in both delegates and sponsors. In 2008 we had 60 sponsors and exhibition companiesand in excess of 1,100 registered delegates from the therapeutic goods industry and from research institutions, academia and government including a large proportion of managers and key decision makers across the spectrum of drug and device development disciplines.
Of the 1,000 delegates who attended:
- 20% were Directors and Senior Management
- 20% were Team Leaders
- 5% had not attend an ARCS ASC before
- 40% were ‘regular’ attendee
The highest levels of exposure for your company is through the Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorship, however prominent exposure also exists throughout the Congress with exclusive sponsorship of the Delegate Satchels, Coffee Cart, Internet Cafe, Gala Dinner, CD Rom Proceedings, and even daily catering of lunch and tea breaks.
The exhibition floorplan consists of both 6 and 9 square metre exhibition booths as well as trestle tables for small businesses.
